Please note the delivery option you pick does not speed up the processing time, all products are hand made and made to order.

Your delivery option depends on whether you can track your order or not, economy delivery isn't trackable, but standard and priority are trackable options. After you order, once your product(s) are made and have been shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email address.

What is your processing time?

Our processing times vary depending on the product. If it's a clothing/accessory item it will be 3-4 working days. If it's in stock it'll be 1-2 working days. This is an average, it can be shorter.

For our pet tags & keyrings our processing time is 4-5 working days on average but this can be shorter.
