a few things to note

• As these are made to order each design will be completely unique, how the colours mix and combine isn't down to us, some might have swirls, some might have unique shapes, no two tags/keyrings will ever be the same (that's what makes them beautiful).
   

• The colour may vary slightly from what you see on screen, this is due to your monitor settings.
   

• Due to each piece being hand made there's no set time on how quickly your keyring/tag will be made. Our average processing time is 3-4 days plus shipping, if you have ordered a very detailed/complex design then this may take longer (when you place your order we will send you an ETA via email).
   

• If you're requesting a memorial piece and would like fur incorporated into your item, we will contact you with our step by step process and let you know an ETA. We will keep you informed throughout the process and if there are any fur left we will return it to you with your order.
